  • 3 x 30-minute group HIIT/circuit-style workouts per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)

  • Weekly Body Scan to track progress

  • Nutrition Guide tailored to support your goals

  • Full access to the bodyco. App

3. Supercharge Your Results:

  • Want even more progress? Add extra training sessions or classes to accelerate your transformation, and unlock exclusive discounts on additional services.
