We take the time to understand how you move, what you need, and what will work best for you, so your training feels achievable, effective, and sustainable.

Meet Aimee (Axe)

bodyco. was founded by Aimee, an experienced personal trainer and Reformer Pilates coach with a strong background in competitive sport and movement-based training. Known for her attention to detail and ability to coach to the individual, Aimee helps clients build strength, improve movement, and train with confidence. Her personalised, supportive approach ensures every programme is tailored for real life and long-term results.
